Day 1: Arrive Delhi by midnight,  and transfer straight to domestic airport for early morning flight to Leh – reporting time 2hrs. prior to departure time (ETD 0530hrs.)
Arrive  Leh,  met upon arrival and transfer with assistance to hotel.  Leh, the capital of the ancient Buddhist Kingdom of Ladakh. Transfer to Ladakhi style hotel. A day of complete rest to acclimatize to the arid high altitude of Leh (3050 m). Dinner & overnight in the hotel.
 
Day 2: Leh
After breakfast, set off for a half day sightseeing of  Sankar Gompa: Located on a valley floor. Visit  Shanti Stupa: A Buddhist religious monument build by Indian based Japanese Monk whose intention was to spread Buddhism by building such stupas throught the world & Leh Palace: the 17th  Century looking for all the world like a miniature version of the Polata Palace in Lhasa (Tibet) and visit main bazaar and its back streets. Meals and overnight at hotel.
 
Day 3: Explore Indus Valley
After early breakfast full day sightseeing of Shey, Thiksey & Hemis. Shey was the summer Palace of Ladakhi Kings and is where you can see the 36ft. high statue of Buddha made of copper and covered with gold. Thiksey : The twelve stored monastery of Thiksey is situated  in most prominent positions, lies on an island Mountain. Finally visit, Hemis: Farthest away from Leh, this is the wealthiest monastery in Ladakh belonging to the red sect – it is here each summer that plays are held and Ladakh from all part  of the country will visit Hemis. Evening return to Leh. Meals and overnight at hotel.
 
Day 4: Leh
Morning after breakfast visit  Tibetan Refugee camp and Stok  Palace. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 5: Leh  -  Nubra (5 hrs. drive)
After  breakfast,  drive  to  the mystical Nubra Valley  over  the  exhilarating Khardungla Pass (5602m / 18,380 ft.), the highest  motorable pass in the world.  The views from the top  are spectacular; extending, to the south, across the  Indus  Valley  to  the  seemingly  endless  peaks  and  ridges  of  the  Zanskar range. To the north, the views of the mighty peaks of the Saser  Massif are amazing. Arrive and visit Deskit monastery and the white sand dune for camel ride. Overnight in Camp.

Day 6: Nubra – Leh 
Morning after breakfast we drive back to Leh via visiting Samsatanling monastery. Overnight in hotel.

Day 7: Leh –  Alchi – Lamayuru – Kargil
Early morning drive to Kargil (235kms/ 8hrs.), over crossing Fotu la (4,147m) and  Namika la (3,760m) “Pillar of the sky”, en route visit the 1000 years old Alchi Choskor (Religious Enclave) these ancient group of temples are famous for the frescoes, woodcarving and stucco art, also visit Lamayuru gompa – oldest monastery in Ladakh. And close to Kargil visit the ancient rock-cut statue at Mulbek village. O/n in hotel. 

Day 8: Kargil – Sonamarg – Srinagar
Early morning we continue our drive to Srinagar (204kms/ about 6-7hrs.), via picturesque Sonamarg (3000m) “meadow of gold” and Zoji la (3860m), also we pass Drass (3732m), quick visit of the Kargil war memorial. Arrive Srinagar and transfer to Dlx houseboat. O/n houseboat.

Day 9: Srinagar 
Morning Shikara ride on the Dal Lake, visit  floating vegetable market.

Day 10: Srinagar
morning sightseeing of  Mughal Gardens – Nishat and Shalimar Bagh, situated on the banks of the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. Also visit Shankaracharya Temple. O/n houseboat.

Day 11: Srinagar – Gulmarg (56 kms / 2½ hrs. drive)
Today leave early morning for a day visit to Gulmarg (2730 M)- the meadow of flowers. A rolling meadow dotted with countless colorful flowers where  the  silence  is  broken  only  by  the  tinkle  of  cow-bells.   Gulmarg  looks  like  a  fantasy  set  in  a  film,  and  not  surprisingly,  has  been  the  venue  of  several  films.  All  around  are  snow  capped  mountains,  and  on  clear  day  one  can  see  Sunset  Peak   and  Nanga Parbat,  situated  at  an  altitude  of  2730 M  and  56 kms.  from  Srinagar.  The  drive  from  Srinagar  passes  through  villages,  Apple  orchids,  and  Pine  forests.. Late afternoon return to Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 12: Srinagar – Pahalgam (96 kms / 3hrs. drive)
Today also leave early morning for a day visit to Pahalgam (2139 M) – the valley of shepherds. Situated  at  a  junction  of  the  Lidder  and  Sheeting  rivers  and  surrounded  by  soaring,  fir  covered  mountains  with  bare,  snow  capped  peaks  rising  behind  them.  Situated  at  2130 M  and  about  95 kms.  from  Srinagar.  It  is  a  spectacular  drive  through  villages  and  along  the  river  Lidder.  Return back to Srinagar.  O/n Dlx Houseboat.

Day 13: Srinagar – Delhi fly.
Morning after breakfast departure to airport for flight back to Delhi.
Arrive Delhi  and  transfer to hotel.

Day 14: Delhi – full day visit 
Red fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk area,  Qutub Minar, India Gate, Parliament Street. O/n hotel.

Day 15: Delhi – departure (check-out 1200 noon).
Morning after breakfast, departure to airport for onward flight back journey to home.
